The Wildcats Down Moore 30-0 The Farnsley Wildcats put on a dominant display on the road, rolling to a decisive 30-0 shutout victory over the Moore Mustangs. Farnsley’s defense set the tone early, while on offense, the Wildcats delivered a relentless ground attack with touchdown runs from Greg Miller, Nikying Williams, Moses Moore, and Rodriquez Montgomery, alongside a two-point conversion from TaGeon Malone. Char’Dez Morris put the game out of reach with a thrilling 80-yard pick-six. The scoring drives were fueled in the trenches by Keevan Wright, whose dominant blocking paved the way for the backfield and showcased true Wildcat teamwork. JV Football Ready to Kick Off Season The Farnsley JV football team will open its season on Thursday night at home against Johnson. Cross Country Week 3 The Wildcats will return to George Rogers Clark Park to take part in week three of the JCPS series. Golf Team Victorious The Farnsley golf team defeated Meyzeek on Tuesday, August 18th, behind the play of Andrew Summitt and Grayson Dickens, who both shot a 55 to lead the Wildcats. Volleyball Gears Up for Week 2 The Lady Wildcats will be on the road at Ramsey on Monday and will return home on Wednesday to host JCTMS in the Wildcat Den. Doors open at 4:30 PM, and all tickets are available online via GoFan. Baseball & Softball Ready for ’26 Season The schedules are set, and the Farnsley baseball and softball teams will start their season this week. On Monday, the JV and Varsity baseball teams travel to Eastern High School to face Crosby, and they will play Western at PRP on Wednesday. The Lady Wildcats open at PRP on Tuesday against Noe and travel to Eastern High School on Thursday to face Kammerer. Cheer Roster Set and Ready to Roll The Farnsley cheer squad is set and will feature a large Varsity team alongside a strong 6th-grade squad. The Lady Wildcats will be cheering on the football and volleyball sidelines throughout the fall athletic season. Dance to Host Second Tryout The dance team roster is nearly full, but the team will host a final night of tryouts on Monday, August 31st, for any prospective athletes who were unable to attend or did not have a physical on file.
