With an impressive background in coaching and a deep passion for mentoring young athletes, Coach Dishman is ready to lead our football program to new heights. A Proven Leader & Motivator Coach Dishman comes to Farnsley with a wealth of experience and an unwavering dedication to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. With years of coaching experience at the high school level, he has been instrumental in building strong, competitive teams. His time at DeSales High School saw one of the biggest single-season turnarounds in Kentucky, where his coaching helped transform a 0-10 team into a 9-3 powerhouse with an undefeated district record and a Top 10 state ranking. His ability to connect with young athletes is what sets him apart. He strikes the perfect balance between demanding excellence and providing the mentorship and support young athletes need to succeed. Whether it's running drills, inspiring confidence, or leading by example, Coach Dishman is committed to helping each player reach their full potential. Building for the Future: Flag Football & Beyond Coach Dishman will immediately get to work on the 2025 season, starting as the Head Flag Football Coach. This opportunity will allow him to begin implementing his philosophy, getting to know our athletes, and building the foundation for a successful tackle football season in the fall.
